Permission is granted to use the materials on KerbiVerse website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Membership Terms & Community Guidelines

By joining KerbieVerse Inner Mastery Sessions, you agree to the following membership terms and platform guidelines. Membership Access Your membership gives you access to the KerbieVerse Inner Mastery Sessions platform and its included content during your active subscription period. This may include:
• Recorded sessions
• Live classes
• Meditations
• Podcasts
• Teaching materials
• Community content
• Replay access
• Exclusive member areas
unless otherwise stated.

Some content, workshops, courses, events, products, or experiences may be offered separately as optional paid extras and are not automatically included within standard membership access.

Subscription & Cancellation
Memberships are available on:
• Monthly plans
• 6-Month plans
• Yearly plans

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, your membership access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which access will automatically end unless renewed.

Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the platform and immediate access to content, no refunds, partial refunds, or transfers will be issued once payment has been made. Please ensure you are fully committed before subscribing.

Member Responsibility
KerbieVerse Inner Mastery Sessions is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and growth-focused space. By participating, members agree:
• To behave respectfully towards others
• Not to engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
• Not to share private member content outside the platform without permission
• Not to reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell KerbieVerse content

Any behaviour deemed harmful, abusive, inappropriate, or intentionally disruptive may result in removal from the platform without refund.

Inner Mastery Immersive
1. The membership runs for a fixed period of six (6) consecutive months from the date of purchase.

2. Members are entitled to one Energy Healing session per calendar month throughout the membership period.

3. Monthly Energy Healing sessions cannot be carried forward, accumulated or exchanged for additional sessions. Any unused session expires at the end of that calendar month. The Times of the session will be at 11am or 5pm depending on availability.

4. Free access to KerbieVerse Inner Mastery is included for the full six-month membership period only.

5. Inner Mastery access will end automatically when the six-month membership expires unless a separate membership is purchased.

6. Energy Healing appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The Times of the session will be at 11am or 5pm depending on availability.

7. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as the monthly session and cannot be replaced.

8. This membership is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred or shared.

9. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has commenced.

10. Energy Healing is intended to support wellbeing and relaxation. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare.
Members should continue to follow the advice of their GP or healthcare provider where appropriate.

11. KerbieVerse reserves the right to amend online content, add new material or retire existing content during the membership period to ensure the platform continues to grow and evolve.

Content Availability
While every effort is made to maintain continuous access, content, schedules, teachers, sessions, and platform features may occasionally change, evolve, pause, or be removed without notice.

New content, updates, and expansions may also be added over time.

Personal Responsibility
All teachings, practices, sessions, and materials are provided for educational, spiritual, and self- development purposes only. Members remain fully responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, interpretations, and participation at all times.

Agreement
By subscribing to KerbieVerse Inner Mastery Sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these membership terms and guidelines.

KerbieVerse Inner Mastery Founder Lifetime Membership Terms & Conditions

Thank you for becoming a Founder Lifetime Member of KerbieVerse Inner Mastery. Your support helps build and grow the platform for years to come. By purchasing a Founder Lifetime Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Definition of Lifetime
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the KerbieVerse Inner Mastery membership platform owned and operated by KerbieVerse. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser. Lifetime Membership remains valid for as long as the Inner Mastery platform continues to operate under KerbieVerse ownership.

2. Founder Membership
Founder Lifetime Membership is a limited edition membership and may only be offered to a fixed number of members. Once all Founder memberships have been sold, this offer may be permanently withdrawn without notice. Founder Members may receive occasional exclusive benefits at the discretion of KerbieVerse.

3. What's Included
Founder Lifetime Members receive access to: All current Inner Mastery content. Future Inner Mastery content added to the membership. Guided meditations. Podcasts. Educational videos. Workbooks and downloadable resources. Live online sessions where included within the membership. Community features where available. Content is continually updated and may change over time.

4. Future Content
KerbieVerse intends to continue expanding the platform with new material. While every effort will be made to provide regular updates, no guarantee is made regarding: how often new content will be released; the quantity of future content; specific subjects requested by members. Content is added at the sole discretion of KerbieVerse.

5. Exclusions
Unless specifically stated, Lifetime Membership does not include:
Physical workshops. In-person training. Accredited certification courses. Printed materials. Merchandise. Retreats. One-to-one mentoring. Guest events. Third-party courses. These may be offered separately.

6. Account Use
Membership is personal to the purchaser.
Accounts may not be: shared; transferred; sold; rented; given to another person. Only one individual may use each account.
KerbieVerse reserves the right to suspend access where account sharing is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property
All course material remains the intellectual property of KerbieVerse.
Members may not: copy; reproduce; distribute; record; upload; teach; resell; republish; any content without prior written permission.
Materials are provided solely for personal educational use.

8. Respectful
Community Members are expected to treat other members respectfully.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour or disruptive conduct may result in removal from community spaces. Where removal is necessary, access to community features may be revoked.

9. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access granted to digital content, Founder Lifetime Membership is non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing payment.

10. Platform Availability
Every reasonable effort will be made to keep the platform available. However, KerbieVerse cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to: maintenance; software updates; hosting issues; internet outages; circumstances beyond reasonable control. Temporary interruptions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

11. Changes to the Platform
KerbieVerse may: improve the platform; update lessons; remove outdated material; reorganise content; rename categories; replace resources with improved versions. These changes are intended to enhance the learning experience.

12. Closure of the Platform
Should KerbieVerse permanently discontinue the Inner Mastery platform, Lifetime Membership will end. No further payments will be due from members.

13. Medical & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Inner Mastery is designed for personal education, self-development and wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental health condition. Members should always seek appropriate medical advice where necessary. Participation is entirely voluntary.

14. Limitation of Liability
KerbieVerse shall not be liable for: indirect losses; loss of income; business interruption; personal decisions made following course participation. Members remain responsible for their own choices and actions.

15. Changes to These Terms
KerbieVerse reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, for example to reflect changes in the law, improvements to the platform, or business operations. Any material changes will be communicated to members through the platform or by email.

16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Monthly Membership Your Inner Mastery Membership is billed at £16 per month and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

7-Day Free Trial New members receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your payment method will automatically be charged £16, and your monthly membership will begin.

Cancel Anytime
You are free to cancel your membership at any time.
Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which access to all member-only content will end.

No Refunds
As members receive immediate access to all digital content, monthly membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.

Member Access
Your membership gives you unlimited access to all content included within the Inner Mastery Membership while your subscription remains active. New courses, meditations, podcasts and exclusive content will be added regularly.

Personal Use Only
Your membership is for your personal use only. Sharing your login details, downloading content for redistribution, or reproducing any materials is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Membership
From time to time, content may be added, updated or removed to improve the membership experience. The monthly subscription price you joined on will remain in place unless you are notified of a future price change.

By subscribing to the KerbieVerse Music Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Personal Use Only
Your membership provides you with a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and enjoy the music contained within the membership. Your account is for your own use only and must not be shared with any other individual, organisation or business.

Copyright
All music, recordings, compositions, soundscapes and audio contained within this membership remain the intellectual property of KerbieVerse unless otherwise stated. The music is protected by copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded (unless specifically permitted), distributed, resold, sublicensed or claimed as your own.

No Sharing or Redistribution
You must not:

* Share your login details with anyone else.

* Upload the music to websites, cloud storage, streaming platforms or social media.

* Sell, gift, lend or distribute the music in any format.

* Include the music within any subscription service, course or digital product without written permission.

Professional Use
Members may use the music during their own in-person or online wellbeing, relaxation, meditation, yoga, massage, holistic therapy or similar sessions, provided the music itself is not being copied, extracted, redistributed or presented as their own work. The music must not be used to create products for resale or commercial redistribution without prior written permission.

Therpist use
If you are a Holistic Therapists you may use the music in your session or treatments.

Artificial Intelligence & Digital Production
The music available within this membership is created using a combination of original composition, mixed media production techniques, digital audio production and selected artificial intelligence technologies. Every track is professionally arranged, edited, enhanced and curated by KerbieVerse to create a unique listening experience. The use of AI-assisted production does not reduce or transfer the copyright ownership of the finished works. All rights remain with KerbieVerse.

Prohibited Uses
You may not use the music:

* To train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

* To create derivative libraries or sample packs.

* To remove, alter or disguise ownership information.

* In any unlawful, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate manner.

* In any way that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights.

Membership
Your membership grants access only while your subscription remains active. If your membership ends or is cancelled, your licence to access and use the members-only music also ends.

Breach of Terms
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund. KerbieVerse reserves the right to pursue legal action where copyright infringement or unauthorised distribution has occurred.

Changes
KerbieVerse reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available within the membership.

Limitations
