Please bring lunch 🥗- bottle of water. Flask if you drink tea/coffee. This is not a surface-level introduction to energy work. This is a structured, grounded training designed to teach you how to actually feel, understand, and work with energy—clearly, confidently, and without confusion.
Whether you are completely new or have explored energy work before, this programme gives you a solid foundation and practitioner-level skillset you can trust.

Energy clearing and restoring flow
How to place your hands and maintain steady awareness
Practitioner presence and confidence Boundaries, ethics, and energetic stability
By the end of this level, you will be able to perform full energy healing sessions with clarity and confidence.
